How will each of the 3 days be structured?

We will lead live sessions via Zoom at 12 pm ET on May 23, May 24 and May 25. There will be an intro session and then three main 45-minute training sessions. There is an additional live BONUS session, Next Level Leadership, on May 25 at 2 pm ET (the only requirement to attend this bonus is that you complete a brief pre-event assessment form, which you'll receive after you sign up for The Leadership Trifecta).

What will I get out of these 3 days?

You'll walk away with a CEO leadership mindset and next-level knowledge of hiring, delegating, perfecting your processes & streamline your systems!

Is this right for me if I don’t already have a team?

It never hurts to learn leadership skills BEFORE you have a team, but this workshop is structured for agency owners with at least ONE other person (either an employee or contractor). So you will still get something out of this workshop, but you will only get part of the experience.

How will I be able to watch the replays?

Replays for each day's session will be provided for a limited time via a private link (you'll receive it via email during the 3 day event).

Do I need to show up live?

If you want the full experience, you’ll need to show up live! I'm asking you to commit to one hour each day (plus a 60-minute bonus session on the final day), and step into your role as visionary agency owner. While I do ask you to make every effort to show up live, replays from each session will be available for a very limited time each day.
