How long is the retreat?
It’s 3 nights and 2 full days, September 21st - 24th!
What are the accommodations like?
There are several different room types:
King Beds:
- King Bed w/ large ensuite bathroom: $2500
- (2) Single King Bed w/ ensuite bathroom: $2200
- King bed in shared room w/ bunk bed: $2000
Queen Beds:
- Single Queen Bed: $1900
- Queen Bed in shared room w/ 2 single beds: $1700
- (4) Queen Bunk Beds: $1500
Twin Beds:
- Twin bunk beds in shared room with King bed: $1500
- Daybed & Trundle in shared room with Queen bed: $1600

How do I get there?
We recommend flying into the Colorado Springs Airport. We will provide a charter bus to a from this airport. You will just need to catch a flight that arrives before 3:30pm ET on September 21st and leaves after 11am ET on September 24th!
The bus to the location will be leaving the airport around 4:30pm on the 21st and returning to the airport around 7am on the 24th.
Will meals be provided?
ABSOLUTELY! We will provide 8 delicious meals and snacks catered to the event. Plus, we will provide plenty of non-boozy beverages
Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?
Of course! You will be able to share any restrictions and allergies before the event. (If for some reason we cannot accommodate your needs, we will figure out an alternative solution or refund your deposit.)
Are there refunds?
Nope! Our location requires a deposit well in advance, so once we’re locked in, we’re locked in! (However, if you can’t make the event and want to transfer your spot to someone else, we can make that arrangement.)
What are your Covid procedures?
We will share all the details before the event, but a negative test and at least 1 full round of vaccines will be required. (If this is an issue, don't hesitate to contact us before signing up.)
