First of all... I looooove to host parties.
I have what my friends call 'strong mother hen energy,' AND I'm an ENFP personality, which means I ADORE small collaborative spaces where I can connect people and build real relationships.
While we’ve ALL learned just how much can be accomplished over Zoom and online... I’ve missed the powerful transformations that happen when the right people are in the right room together!
You know the magic that happens when you're in a room, and everyone is really cooking, exchanging ideas, brainstorming, laughing, or even sharing a meal?
That’s when the TRUE breakthroughs occur.
It’s just a fact...
And I saw a BIG support gap in the business development world for agency owners at your level. (I’m sure you’ve noticed the same thing...)

Kate Ahl is the owner and founder of Simple Pin Media, a Pinterest management and marketing agency.
Her company has worked with over 1000 Pinterest accounts over the last 8+ years. Their goal is to help business owners understand how to leverage the platform to grow their email list, find cold leads, and make more sales.
Kate is a Pinterest teacher and strategist, she has taught tens of thousands about Pinterest marketing through various speaking engagements and her podcast, the Simple Pin Podcast. She aims to teach simple, actionable tips to help you create forward movement in your business instead of feeling overwhelmed.
Molly Keyser
How to Monetize Your Following by Adding a Digital Product to Your Agency for Passive Income
Freedom Creator helps content creators profit from their content & help their audience on a deeper level by creating and selling their own digital products.
As a college dropout with 81 cents to her name and living at her grandma's house in Wisconsin, Molly started her first business, a photography business, by knocking on doors. Within a few years, she had grown that to a multiple 6-figure per year photo studio, and other photographers started asking her how she did it.
She then built a following through blogging & started selling digital products to help other photographers. She grew that into a $2M per year online education business. Today, Molly helps content creators profit from their content & help their audience on a deeper level by creating & selling their own digital products!
Cara Decker
Live, Laugh, Love: How to Maintain Longevity and a Healthy Relationship with your Operations Assistant
Cara is a member of the leadership team at The Launch Guild, Tasha Booth's agency, and serves as the operation's assistant as well as the launch strategist.
She has been working at The Launch Guild for nearly 3 years. Cara tried her hand at entrepreneurship, but quickly found that while she enjoyed certain elements of being a CEO, it was not the right fit for her. Intrapreneurship was more her speed. She wants to bring hope to agency owners, that it is possible to find a right hand who's in it for the long haul.
Cara is from Upstate New York, where she lives with her husband Brian and two young children.
Stephanie Woods
Estate Planning and Business Formation Basics
As a Texas transplant to New Mexico, Stephanie graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2009 and began her law practice by serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through a nonprofit organization. The nonprofit allowed Stephanie to advocate for clients who were unable to afford an attorney to represent them in protective order, custody and divorce cases against their abuser.
She moved to New Mexico in 2015 to be near family and joined Davis Miles where she was able to serve the community through their LegalShield department, helping members with difficult legal problems where finances may have prevented them from seeking legal advice. Through her work with LegalShield she saw the incredible importance and value of estate planning. Stephanie now focuses her practice entirely on assisting families and businesses in creating a plan for a seamless transition of their assets to loved ones in the event of incapacity or death. Educating clients on the legal process and helping them understand the benefit of proper estate planning is Stephanie’s favorite part of practicing law.
The best part about living in New Mexico, aside from being near family, are the many hiking trails and camping locations. Stephanie enjoys exploring them with her husband and two children. On any given camping adventure, you’ll find her chasing after her kids while they try to climb every scary rock or cliff, curled up reading a good book, or roasting marshmallows over the campfire. They say memories last a lifetime and Stephanie is intent on making as many as possible while helping her clients preserve and pass along their own.
The main event will be hosted at a beautiful resort in Albuquerque, Isleta Resort and Casino.
Accommodations are not included in the ticket price.
We recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport by noon on October 17th or earlier (our kickoff meet & greet is the evening of the 17th)! Albuquerque is absolutely exquisite this time of year, so we recommended making a little trip out of this event. A New Mexico travel guide will be provided to plan a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.
We recommend flying out on October 20th so that you don't miss the pizza & pool party the night of the 19th.

Our very first AGENCY LIVE event will be held the evening of Tuesday, October 17th - Thursday, October 19th in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Our full-day sessions will run from 10 am to 4 pm, with breaks and lunch built right into our schedule of presentations, workshops, Q&A sessions, and more!
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday, along with morning tea, afternoon tea, continuous tea, coffee, and snacks. (We'll need it!) If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know by emailing us when you sign up.
You will receive a New Mexico Travel Guide -- we scheduled this event so you can stay through the weekend and enjoy what this great city and state have to offer!
Because we're keeping the event small and intimate, each ticket takes up space in our room. For this reason, we don't allow refunds because you will be holding a spot that somebody else can't have. However, you can sell or transfer your ticket to somebody else if you cannot attend!
Nope! While current Agency Thrivemind members DO receive a free ticket to this event, you do not have to be part of that program to attend Agency Live! It’s actually a GREAT way to see if Agency Thrivemind is right for you.
